Reconnect with nature and yourself with Loretta's Looking Glass Yoga's 'Yoga in the Park' series at the beautiful Hudson Crossing and Fort Hardy parks in Schuylerville NY! Join us for invigorating yoga sessions surrounded by the sereneness of nature. Together we'll embrace tranquility and wellness while enjoying the outdoor experience. Please bring a Yoga mat, blanket and any props you'd like. All abilities practice unless otherwise noted. *This registration is for Hudson Crossing Park only. Mondays in July @ 530pm. July 15th, 22nd and 29th Looking Glass Yoga is guided by Lori Schultz, CYT-200 and SEL facilitator, not a licensed physician.
